Woahh hey! On Monday I had my first driving lesson, and I drove on a road for the first time. I also did normal stuff like practicing parallel parking and all the boring stuff, but I was really nervous doing this because I had only practiced driving once before. Surprisingly I did fine, but didn't stop at stop signs a few times lel.. I also drove with my father that evening, and drove in a more rural area with nice old English style architecture. I got pretty nervous whenever a car or a truck was behind me but other than that I did fine with that as well. I know this is kind of boring lol but I still like to put down what I did somewhere.

I went to college orientation last week and it was pretty cool. Most of it was just regular orientation presentation stuff but we got to register for classes there too which was probably the most important part. I saw a presentation on studying abroad and I kinda thought about it but I don't know if I'll get to do that, unless if its important to my studies for Anthropology. I hung out with some people in the evening and kissed a girl for the first time which was kinda lame, I don't get the appeal.

Hello, I have been very tired recently and am trying and somewhat failing to figure out things for university, which is why I have made no upadtes to the site in the last month. No worries though as I have also been playing a lot more games in the summertime (aside from the fact that my college ran out of housing space). I went on vacation last month and I'd like to make a blog post about that soon. My sleep schedule is still quite hammered because of that but it's not a huge deal. University preparation will be occupying my precious summer but there will still be fun times...o(*￣○￣)ゝ I watched some movies recently like Asteroid City which I enjoyed, and I think I should do that more often on nights before I go to sleep; it could also help me enforce a sleep schedule more. Anyways, more updates soon..

I just got home from visiting my extended family up in the mountains yesterday, as my cousin was getting married. It was really great and I don't think I've seen so many happy people in one room before! I stayed with my aunt and uncle who have extra beds since my cousins are older and don't live with them anymore. Getting there was a long, several hour long drive since I live near the seashore, and unfortunately I felt sick the entire way (probably because I hadn't eaten anything before that day). Either way I think it was a fine experience and I liked visiting them there again. I haven't got anything to do this week other than fill out forms and fees for college, but my father said he would help me with that. I don't know when he'll be home this week but we will find the time. Goodnight!
Also to anyone wondering, I'm east of Ontario or Québec so there was no Blade Runner 2049 smoke where I am.

I just graduated from High School. Everything is finished. The ceremony started outside but we had to move it inside when diplomas began to be awarded because there was a lightning strike on the field it was taking place on. Walking up to the podium and shaking hands with the principal felt kind of strange. There's weird feeling to it but also feeling of accomplishment. I guess it felt strange because it was all I'd ever known, and now it was over, left for myself to figure out what to do from now on. I'm very lucky to have been accepted into a college just yesterday, and while my parents didn't really have any sort of reaction, I was beaming inside because this was the one thing I was looking for. I'm going to a graduation party in just a few minutes, and hopefully I will be able to see some people that I know. I'm not sure whether to feel proud or to feel sad now having to move on like this into something I know nothing about, but all I can say now is thank you to the people who helped me and to you for reading my blog.
